If you buy a drone and decide to fly it by yourself, regardless of the field of use, you will need some special training.

One can divide users into 2 categories:

The first group are people with existing experience in the field of drones. At first, these people need about 3 working days in order to fly the machine safely and professionally. According to our experience, we recommend an advanced training session after a period of 3 months to allow learners to feel comfortable with the cutting edge capabilities of the system. Indeed, the number of complex functionalities is impressive.

The second group are people without particular knowledge of UAV or drones and their capabilities. Training is imperative, and a minimum amount of flying hours is necessary. We consider that a period of 10 working days is a must to perform short flights safely. It is just a suggested beginning. Despite the capability of the resourceful onboard computer, the pilot needs to keep in mind that the Agile Dragon is not a light RC model. It is a powerful drone, probably one of the heaviest multirotor drones existing to date, able to fly away at many kilometers from its pilot and it is fast. Flying it safely requires training similar to all the drones of this class.
